INSULATION TEST Tan Delta
The INSULATION TEST – Tan Delta is measuing the loss factor of solid insulation materials under controlled conditions.
The ITTD – INSULATION TEST Tan Delta, is a device specifically developed for standardized testing in accordance with DIN/IEC 62631-3-1:2016 and ASTM D150-18. These tests measure the dissipation factor (Tan Delta) and Capacitance under controlled conditions. In the included software, the operator can easily set the temperature and pressure between the electrodes. The induction heating significantly reduces heating times and the special pneumatic concept allows highly precise pressure adjustment on the test sample.
Measurement values such as Tan Delta, Capacitance, Temperature, Pressure, Power factor, and many others are automatically saved by the software and presented in a test report via Microsoft Excel.
