Insulation Test ENDURANCE System

The Insulation Test ENDURANCE is the third insulation test system in a row, next to Insulation Test TAN DELTA and the Insulation Test PREMIUM.

With this latest developed system, it´s possible to speed up the aging of solid insulation materials.

Compared to 50 Hz aging, the ENDURANCE system manages a 20x faster aging, due to the high frequency up to 1000 Hz.

This means, the simulation of 1 year aging process, takes 18 days.

The centerpiece of the system, is the test transformer with an adjustable voltage (depending on used transformer) and a frequency up to 1000Hz.

The ENDURANCE System measures the time until breakdown, or stops after the specified time.
