Toroidal transformers

Toroidal transformers consist of one or more ring-shaped insulated magnetic iron core(s) wound with copper wire.

The finished core is then wrapped in a polyester tape. Polyester tape is not used for type JRG 0.5. Instead, the core is inserted into an aluminium casing and cast with resin.

Toroidal transformers can be supplied in virtually any dimension to comply with any or all worldwide standards such as ANSI, GOST, CSA, BS, IEC, VDE, AS or IEC-based national regulations.
