Cast resin insulator, sleeves and rings

Cast resin insulators are used for oil and PE cable leadthroughs, usually on encapsulated SF6 switch gear.
They are designed for voltage ranges between 72.5 kV and 500 kV.
These insulators comply with DIN EN 62271-209.

We can also produce them to your precise specifications.

A high quality surface finish for the entire exterior, especially for sealing surfaces, is one of the key criteria.

Each cast resin insulator is subjected to an in-house quality test. In addition to a precise dimensional and visual check, the strength and tightness of each component is also proven during a pressure test lasting several hours.

Connecting sleeves are used for oil cable connections using different cross-sections of cable and conductor materials. They are designed for voltages up to 275 kV.

Insulator rings are used as spacers for connection points and do not normally require cast components.
